Job summary

Advenir Azora Living is seeking a Marketing Technology Coordinator to own our property technology ecosystem post-launch. You will be the operational steward for platforms used by marketing, leasing, and operations teams, including EliseAI, Tour24, SOCi, and Entrata.

You will configure, administer, and keep integrations healthy, drive user adoption, and deliver training across our portfolio. The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborates with IT, Operations, and property teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with system configuration and permissions.
• Experience with data mapping, lead routing, and integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into configuration changes.
• Strong documentation and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system administrator for PropTech platforms, managing configuration standards, property setup, user access, roles, permissions, templates, and routing rules.
• Lead technical implementation and onboarding for new platforms across acquisitions, lease-ups, and stabilized communities.
• Provide tiered user support: triage issues, reproduce defects, manage vendor escalations, and confirm resolution.
