Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Technology & Platform Lead who will own the marketing technology ecosystem across DEE and Movement Disorders.

This hands-on role translates business needs into practical technology solutions, leads implementations and enhancements, and ensures platforms are reliable, well-supported, and aligned to evolving brand, customer, and business needs. Qualifications

• Experience owning, implementing, optimizing, or supporting marketing technology platforms.
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into technology requirements and priorities.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology implementations, integrations, testing, deployment, and enhancements.
• Strong understanding of data flows and system dependencies.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple partners and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing technology ecosystem across DEE and Movement Disorder, ensuring platforms are reliable and fit for purpose.
• Lead implementation and integration of marketing technologies from requirements through deployment and enhancement.
• Improve data flow and connectivity across platforms by addressing integration gaps and data-quality issues.
• Define requirements and priorities with functional leads to align investments.
• Create standards and processes for the marketing tech stack balancing consistency and speed.
• Drive adoption by providing processes, guidance, and support to teams.
• Continuously assess platform performance and opportunities to simplify and maximize value.
