Job summary

Hines is seeking a Senior Manager of Property Marketing Technology to lead the global marketing tech ecosystem. You will own the product lifecycle for the property website platform, drive platform architecture across CMS, hosting, and integrations, and govern launches, migrations, and transitions across regions.

You will also shape analytics, privacy governance, and AI-driven capabilities within a compliant, scalable framework.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science or Technology.
8+ years of progressive experience in marketing technology, digital product management or related fields.
Experience owning and scaling digital platforms or ecosystems.
Experience in global, matrixed organizations with multiple regions.
Strong knowledge of websites, CMS platforms, analytics tagging, APIs & data flows.
Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (GA4, GTM, Data Studio).
Experience with PMS/CRM integrations and decentralized marketing tech ecosystems.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.

Responsibilities

Set the roadmap and adoption plan for the global property marketing technology ecosystem.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle for the property website platform (CMS, hosting, templates, integrations).
Govern website launches, migrations, acquisitions, rebrands, and platform transitions.
Turn regional needs into a prioritized backlog balancing customer experience and value.
Establish ownership, documentation, escalation paths across teams and partners.
Lead privacy governance, compliance, accessibility and data usage across regions.
