Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in marketing/social media/communications or related field.
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands.
• Strong written communication for responding to reviews and inquiries.
• Experience creating and executing social media or digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer or similar tools.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events or promo initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: manage/update accounts across brands and properties.
• Online Listings & Digital Presence: maintain listing platforms and update websites.
• Online Reputation Management: monitor/respond to reviews across platforms.
• Content Creation & Marketing Support: create marketing materials and graphics.
• Events & Industry Engagement: plan and coordinate resident events and industry trades.
• Reporting & Analytics: track engagement, reach, leads and listing performance; prepare monthly reports.
• General Marketing Coordination: support marketing initiatives and calendars.
