Job summary

Precision AQ Proposals is seeking an experienced proposal writer and/or copywriter to support development of capabilities presentations, RFIs, RFPs, and client-ready pitch materials for our Sales team.

You will curate content about Precision teams and offerings, craft narrative and executive summaries, enforce brand guidelines, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and leadership to tell cohesive, engaging stories that win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in proposal writing, copywriting, content marketing, or related roles.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with diverse teams and executive leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with multi-project management ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop capabilities presentations, RFIs, RFPs, and pitch materials.
• Curate content about Precision teams and offerings to communicate value.
• Review RFIs/RFPs and craft narrative and summaries.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and executives to tell cohesive stories.
• Enforce brand guidelines and train colleagues on storytelling.
