Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Proposal Specialist to manage end-to-end proposal efforts from RFP review to final submission. You will coordinate timelines with cross-functional teams, maintain templates and libraries, and track progress in CRM, ensuring compliant and compelling client proposals.

The role supports process improvements, with remote or hybrid options possible depending on business needs. Location includes several U.S. cities, including Long Beach, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting proposal or pursuit work.
• Experience with CRM and proposal software for tracking and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal lifecycle from initial analysis through final submission.
• Collaborate across teams to identify client needs and win themes.
• Maintain templates, workflows, datasheets, and content libraries.
• Track requests, statuses, and reporting in CRM with accuracy.
• Coordinate pursuit collateral and updates to SharePoint content.
• Source bids and manage multiple websites from which bids are received.
