Qualifications

• Experience using CRM and proposal software for tracking and reporting.

• Ability to communicate value propositions and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for client-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the proposal lifecycle from RFP analysis to submission.
• Facilitate pursuit planning discussions to identify client needs and win themes.
• Maintain templates, datasheets, and content libraries in a response platform.
• Track requests, status, and reporting in CRM with accurate data.
• Manage marketing collateral and bid sources across multiple websites.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
