Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, History, Communications, or related field.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to interpret complex documents.
• 1-3 years of experience in an AEC or professional services firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, RFPs, and client documents to understand submission requirements.
• Prepare, coordinate, and produce qualification packages and project proposals.
• Customize written components of submissions based on win-strategy and client needs.
• Upkeep firm collateral such as profiles, resumes, and project lists.
• Proofread and edit materials provided by team members.
