Quest Group Executive Search and Staffing Solutions in Denver seeks a Senior Marketing Coordinator to drive proposal development and business development initiatives, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You will collaborate with firm leadership, technical professionals, and the marketing team to create persuasive proposals, strengthen market positioning, and win new opportunities. The role is hybrid, with three days in-office and two remote days (Monday and Friday).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, proposal development, or business development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with hands-on InDesign experience.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and visual communication skills.
• Understanding of proposal strategy and pursuit planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead proposal development across the full lifecycle, including RFP/RFQ responses and interviews.
• Develop pursuit strategies, messages, differentiators, and win themes.
• Manage the layout, design, and production of lengthy proposal documents and presentations.
• Support business development through research and competitive benchmarking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather information for marketing materials.
• Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and persuasiveness.
• Maintain brand consistency across proposals, case studies, and communications.
• Contribute to marketing content like project case studies and thought leadership.
• Promote best practices for proposal processes, tools, and standards.
