Job summary

JMT is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support pursuits and proposals. The role focuses on proposal formatting, administrative marketing support, and coordination of business development materials. Graphic design skills are preferred, but this is not a digital marketing position.

Hybrid work may be considered after onboarding, with some in-office presence required. The ideal candidate will learn technical terminology and communicate concisely with regional and corporate staff.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and proactive marketing support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with pursuing, proposals, and document formatting.
• Experience with CRM data entry and database management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review client procurement websites daily to identify marketing leads.
• Enter leads and opportunities into the CRM database daily.
• Oversee Open Asset digital asset database and support clerical tasks.
• Assist with drafting, formatting, and packaging of pursuit proposals.
