• Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, qualifications, interview materials, and pursuit packages from kickoff to submission.
• Develop and maintain resumes, case studies, boilerplate content, and qualification packages.
• Format, edit, and quality-check documents for accuracy, clarity, compliance, and visuals.
• Collaborate with technical staff to gather project information and client messaging.
• Support business development research, opportunity tracking, and client presentations.
