Job summary

MRB Group is a multidisciplinary firm seeking a Marketing Associate II to support proposals and marketing from our Austin or Temple offices. You will coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to craft narratives, resumes, and project descriptions, while managing timelines and ensuring compliance.

The role also involves CRM optimization, marketing materials development, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business and 3-8 years related experience.
• AEC marketing or proposal management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required).
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading and formatting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal and qualification efforts from kickoff through final submission.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, planners and PMs to develop technical content.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal narratives, resumes, and project descriptions.
• Manage proposal schedules, compliance requirements and internal reviews.
• Develop marketing materials including project profiles and service sheets.
• Maintain CRM data quality and pursuit tracking.
