Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support pursuits and proposals in Austin. The role focuses on proposal support, document formatting, and administrative marketing tasks, with a preference for graphic design experience using Adobe Suite.

Ideal candidates will be highly organized, learn technical terminology quickly, and communicate concisely with regional and corporate staff. Office-based with potential hybrid arrangement in the future.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of client procurement websites and related systems to identify marketing leads and opportunities.
• Daily data entry of leads, opportunities, and other information into the CRM database.
• Data entry and oversight of Open Asset (digital asset management) database.
• Clerical support for the Marketing Department.
• Maintain marketing materials including resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, subcontractor information, etc.
• Assist with drafting, formatting, editing and packaging of pursuits.

Education

Associate's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field or equivalent
