Hana Engineers and Consultants, LLC seeks a full-time Proposal and Marketing Assistant to support proposal development and marketing initiatives. This role emphasizes maintaining accurate data, preparing high-quality content, and collaborating with the Proposal and Marketing teams.

The role is proposal-focused, with marketing support as a secondary responsibility. The hybrid role is based in North Charleston, SC, with in-office presence three days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu) and standard 40-hour

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in proposal support or data management is preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update proposal and marketing content (resumes, project descriptions, SF330 data, past performance).
• Format proposal/marketing templates with current information from teams.
• Ensure formatting consistency across resumes, narratives, and materials.
• Review documents for formatting/alignment/completeness.
• Organize proposal files, maintain version control, archive materials.
• Update marketing collateral, internal comms, and social content; format content.
• Maintain brand consistency using templates, logos, and standards.
• Assist internal comms with updates, light content, formatting announcements.
• Produce high-quality internal/external graphics and data representations.
• Assist with technical writing, editing, design, and video (a plus).
• Support data requests and stakeholder communications; manage workflow.
• Pull reports for mass content updates using tools/templates.
• Identify reuse opportunities for existing materials.
