Job summary

DLR Group is seeking a Proposal Manager, Justice+Civic, to lead pursuit efforts and deliver brand-compliant proposals and interviews. The role blends strategic storytelling with rigorous project coordination across designers, PMs, and creative services.

You will guide content creation, ensure quality control, and coach teams on presentation best practices to maximize win potential. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience creating, writing, and editing proposals in a professional services environment, preferably AEC.
• Experience leading a pursuit process to win work.
• Ability to craft proposals that align with brand voice and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pursuit process from RFP receipt to interview completion for the firm.
• Coordinate a multi-disciplinary pursuit team to deliver on-time, compliant content.
• Edit and synthesize information to produce persuasive responses and maintain brand voice.
