Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proposal writing/ editing experience in professional services (AEC preferred).
• Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint (preferred). Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage pursuit deliverables to on-time, compliant submissions.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, engineers, planners, interiors, and specialists to craft content in brand voice.
• Support win-rate goals with quality execution.
• Record project and people data in Vision database to ensure institutional knowledge.
• Perform comprehensive quality control on materials to uphold brand standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date library of resumes, project plates, and boilerplate content.
