Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience creating, writing, and editing proposals in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pursuit process and production of on-time, brand-standard compliant deliverables.
• Inspire a multi-disciplinary pursuit team to develop a persuasive win theme.
• Synthesize complex information into compelling RFP responses and interviews.
• Coach project team on presentation best practices for interviews.
• Support win-rate goals with a strong conversion strategy.
• Maintain pursuit content library and ensure brand consistency.
