Job summary

DLR Group in the United States is seeking a Proposal Manager, Justice+Civic to lead pursuit processes from RFP receipt through interview completion, ensuring on-time, brand-standard deliverables.

You will coordinate a multi-disciplinary team, craft compelling responses, and coach colleagues on presentation best practices, while maintaining a library of on-brand materials and supporting firm win-rate and BD goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
• 5+ years of proposal writing/editing experience in a professional services environment (AEC preferred).
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and MS Office; familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint (preferred).
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent pursuits to on-time, compliant delivery.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary pursuit team to develop a persuasive win theme and content.
• Synthesize complex information into compelling written responses and edit drafts to match brand voice.
• Coach project teams on presentation best practices for interviews.
• Support win-rate goals and BD framework with strong process and content strategy.
• Maintain and leverage a library of on-brand pursuit materials and QA content.
