Job summary

DLR Group in Boston seeks a Proposal Specialist for Justice + Civic to help secure new work by developing tailored content, including project narratives, bios, resumes, and RFP responses. This role collaborates with designers, engineers, and planners to deliver on-brand, on-time proposals from receipt to interview.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications/English, 3–5 years of proposal experience, and strong InDesign and Deltek Vantagepoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience creating, writing, and editing proposals in a professional services environment (AEC preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign; proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage each pursuit to on-time, compliant delivery with some oversight.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, engineers, planners, interiors to write and produce content in brand voice.
• Support goals with quality execution and update library of on-brand materials for workflows.
• Record project and people information in Vision to maintain institutional knowledge.
• Perform comprehensive quality checks to ensure brand standards are met.
