Job summary

DLR Group seeks a Proposal Specialist, Justice + Civic to craft tailored content for sector pursuits, including project narratives, bios, resumes, and boilerplate materials. This role supports production from RFP receipt to interview completion in a collaborative, brand-forward environment.

The role focuses on delivering on-time, brand-standard compliant proposals while collaborating with designers, architects, engineers, planners, and interiors teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience creating, writing, and editing proposals in professional services (AEC background preferred).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual pursuits to on-time, compliant delivery with oversight.
• Collaborate with pursuit teams to write and produce content in brand voice and style.
• Support shortlists and win-rate goals with quality execution.
• Record discovered project and people information in firm database.
• Champion DLR Group with comprehensive quality control checks on materials.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date library of on-brand pursuit materials for efficient workflows.
