Applicants should have 5+ years in proposal creation and editing within professional services, with strong InDesign and MS Office skills, and familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience creating, writing, and editing proposals in a professional services environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple pursuits to on-time, compliant delivery with minimal oversight.
• Inspire a multi-disciplinary pursuit team to develop a persuasive win theme and deliver content that meets client needs.
• Synthesize complex information into compelling written responses and edit content to match brand voice and professional style.
• Coach project teams on presentation best practices for interview settings.
• Support shortlists and win rate goals with strong conversion strategies and process discipline.
• Record project and people information in Vantagepoint to maintain institutional knowledge.
• Develop knowledge base on industry research, firm capabilities, and market sector expertise to inform win strategies.
• Collaborate with Pursuit teams and designers to maintain on-brand materials and visual assets.
