Garver is seeking a diligent Proposal Coordinator in Kansas City, MO. You will manage the proposal lifecycle from RFP release to final delivery, blending graphic design, content writing, and data coordination to produce persuasive, on-brand submissions.

Work closely with Garver’s Water Marketing Team to craft client-focused narratives, organize technical materials, and present polished proposals that help win new projects. A strong writing, design, and project-management background is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in writing and editing marketing content.
• Familiarity with basic page layout and design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the proposal process from RFP to client delivery.
• Use InDesign and brand assets to craft compelling proposals.
• Write tailored content for client evaluation teams.
• Coordinate technical data, subconsultant materials, and brochures.
• Contribute to a central content database for future projects.
• Work with engineers to understand water projects and communicate with clients.
• Collaborate on client presentations to win work.
