Job summary

Garver is seeking a motivated Proposal Coordinator in Kansas City to lead proposal processes from RFP release through final delivery. The role blends graphic design, content writing, data organization, and project management within Garver's Water Marketing Team.

You will collaborate with engineers and client managers to craft compelling proposals, manage deadlines, and produce materials that showcase Garver’s strengths.

Qualifications

• Education or proven experience in Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, English, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Take the reins of the proposal process, from RFP release to final client delivery.
• Use Adobe InDesign and graphic assets to craft proposals that vividly illustrate Garver’s strengths and brand.
• Craft custom-written content that speaks directly to the client's selection committee and sets Garver apart from the competition.
• Coordinate and organize technical information, including photography, subconsultant data, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the Water Marketing Team to create compelling client presentations that secure project wins.
