Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of apartment communities. You will handle service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and help prepare vacant units for leasing to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, repairing systems, coordinating vendors, and documenting work orders. The role may involve outdoor/indoor work in various weather conditions and occasional after-hours calls.

Qualifications

• Maintains physical aspects of property and common areas.
• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance per policy.
• Prepares units for leasing and new move-ins by completing inspections and punch lists.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects following safety standards.
• Complete make-ready tasks and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Maintain inventory and document work orders for tracking.
• Support grounds, cleaning, and general upkeep as required.
• Assist in cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
