Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical standards of our buildings, grounds, and common areas meet company expectations. The role involves diagnosing defects, making repairs, and completing make-ready tasks for new move-ins on a full-time, on-site basis.

Essential duties include following safety policies, maintaining records, assisting with grounds maintenance, and supporting cost-saving efforts.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification (Type 1/II or Universal) required or as applicable.
• Proven maintenance and repair skills with safety focus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate property equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects, perform repairs per policy, and follow safety standards.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant homes and coordinate vendors.
• Access materials per procedures and document work performed.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and perform painting when needed.
• Attend safety meetings and support cost-containment initiatives.
