Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a resident property in Finleyville, PA. You will supervise staff, ensure responsive service to residents, and maintain occupancy levels while adhering to policies and procedures.

You will coordinate maintenance, conduct rentals and inspections, manage reports, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to optimize performance and tenant relations at the property.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing using English; basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, courteous service to tenants and resolve complaints.
• Maintain occupancy targets and supervise maintenance staff.
• Perform income recertifications for residents as applicable.
• Direct rental programs and ensure proper execution.
• Inspect property condition, grounds, and maintenance operations; report deficiencies.
• Prepare regular property condition reports and maintenance summaries.
• Inform Regional Manager of deferred maintenance and recommended actions in writing.
• Oversee maintenance staff, assign priorities, and plan repairs.
• Interview prospective residents and verify eligibility.
