Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Site Manager in daily operations of a residential property.

You will handle tenant relations, assist with rent collection, maintenance coordination, and administrative records, ensuring property standards and occupancy goals are met. Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, have basic arithmetic skills, and can travel locally with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate orally and in writing using English.
• Basic arithmetic skills required.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for site errands.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tenants receive prompt, courteous, and quality service; acknowledge complaints quickly and report to the Community Manager.
• Assist Community Manager in maintaining high occupancy; support recertifications.
• Inspect buildings and grounds regularly for maintenance needs and safety.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address repairs and improvements; provide guidance as needed.
• Assist with Rent Collection and record keeping; travel to banks and vendors as required.
• Attend mandatory meetings and seminars; communicate effectively with residents and site visitors.
