TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential property. You will supervise staff, drive occupancy performance, and ensure rent collection and compliance with program requirements.

Responsibility includes coordinating maintenance, inspecting property conditions, handling resident inquiries, and preparing regular reports for the Regional Manager. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure occupancy targets are met and vacancies minimized.
• Oversee tenant certifications, renewals, and eligibility processes.
• Supervise maintenance staff and property operations to maintain buildings and grounds.
• Prepare and submit property reports; identify deficiencies and corrective actions.
• Conduct resident interviews, process verifications, and manage tenant relations.
• Oversee rent collection, banking, and record-keeping; maintain vendor contacts.
