Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a diligent Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our residential properties in Stanardsville, VA. You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and ensure tenant satisfaction.

You will manage leasing activities, maintain occupancy targets, handle rent collection and reporting, and work closely with the Regional Manager to align with TMAM policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise TMAM staff at the community and ensure performance.
• Maintain occupancy targets and perform recertifications where applicable.
• Oversee rent collection and financial record keeping.
• Inspect property facilities and coordinate maintenance.
• Prepare regular reports on property condition and upkeep.
• Interview potential residents and determine eligibility.
• Communicate with Regional Manager and Owner as needed.
• Develop resident activities and coordinate events.
