Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Community Manager to supervise a residential property, ensure efficient operations, and maintain high occupancy. You will coordinate maintenance, oversee tenant relations, and manage administrative tasks with guidance from the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Responsible for ensuring tenants receive prompt, courteous service and address complaints.
• Maintain occupancy levels and manage recertifications where applicable.
• Direct and supervise maintenance staff and ensure proper building operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property conditions and report deficiencies in writing.
• Prepare regular property condition reports and maintenance summaries.
• Coordinate tenant screenings, verifications, and lease compliance.
• Oversee rent collection and banking records.
• Develop site activities and events for residents.
• Attend meetings and communicate with Regional Manager.
• Maintain administrative files and purchasing within budget.
• Possess a valid driver’s license for site errands.
• Provide direction to staff and ensure adherence to policies.
• Assist with evictions and lease violations discussions with Regional Manager.
