You will supervise on-site teams, manage leasing verifications, budgets, and reporting, communicate effectively in English, and maintain records, while coordinating rentals, evictions, and site activities.

Qualifications

• Responsible for ensuring tenants receive prompt, courteous service and timely resolution of complaints.
• Aim to achieve occupancy close to 100%.
• Perform recertifications of residents' income where applicable.
• Direct and ensure proper execution of rental programs.
• Oversee maintenance staffing and ensure safe, well-maintained properties.
• Regularly inspect buildings, grounds and related data, and report deficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Inform Regional Manager of deferred maintenance and provide written recommendations.
• Direct maintenance staff, prioritize work and determine repairs needed.
• Establish central office procedures with Regional Manager approval.
• Interview potential residents and process verifications for eligibility.
• Coordinate evictions, lease violations, and special arrangements with Regional Manager.
• Rent collection and record-keeping, including trips to banks.
• Maintain property files, manuals and equipment records.
• Purchase needed supplies within budget and maintain procurement records.
• Develop and implement site activities for residents and special events.
• Attend mandatory meetings and seminars and communicate in English.
