• Direct rental programs, ensure proper execution and administer rent collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site staff and ensure adherence to TMAM policies and procedures.
• Maintain property condition, safety, and appearance; oversee maintenance planning.
• Interview potential residents and determine eligibility.
• Prepare reports on property status and inspections, including occupancy and maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance, manage vendor relations, and monitor budgets within the site.
• Communicate with Regional Manager and Owners on issues and corrective actions.
