Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment communities safe, clean, and functioning. You will diagnose and repair building systems, perform make-readies, and support preventive maintenance to meet RangeWater standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in property maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, EPA certifications, and strong communication skills to coordinate with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on inside and external building systems to meet company standards.
• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours and prep vacants for leasing.
• Carry out make-ready inspections and coordinate vendors when needed.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and reports for property management.
