Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our multifamily communities safe, clean and well‑maintained. You will diagnose, repair, and service buildings, grounds, and common areas in response to resident requests.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience, EPA Type I/II (or Universal) refrigerant certification, and proficiency with Entrata Yardi or One Site. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Licenses/ Certifications: EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant handling plus state/local certifications.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours and inspects for safety and quality.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing and move-ins.
• Maintains cost efficiency by repairing instead of replacing when feasible.
• Ensures proper material handling and documentation of maintenance activities.
