Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service interiors and exteriors of our properties. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain units and common areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness and function for residents and staff.

The role requires coordinated make-ready tasks, inventory, and adherence to safety standards, with experience in property management software and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units.
• Inspect and repair building systems as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across property grounds.
• Assist in vendor coordination and inspections.
