Job summary

FirstService Residential in Addison, TX seeks a property manager to lead the community portfolio in alignment with company objectives. You will work closely with the Board and staff to manage operations, finances, and service levels while maintaining records and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years property management experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Texas Statutes and governing documents.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attends Board meetings and provides guidance to the Board as needed.
• Assists Board in financial management, administration, policies and procedures, and operations.
• Reviews quality of services provided to the Association.
• Maintains regular contact with Board and builds relationships.
• Attends manager staff meetings and annual budget/election meetings.
• Conducts property visits and provides recommendations to improve the property.
• Prepares budgets for presentation to the Board.
• Ensures records, manuals, and contracts are current and maintained.
