Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of directly related or closely related experience.
• 5-7 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience.
• 5-7 years of Community Association experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Portfolio Managers, many of whom are early in their careers.
• Drive team performance, accountability, and professional growth.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve employee retention and client satisfaction.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex community and board matters.
