Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, lease administration, and resident services.

You will oversee accounts receivable, prepare financial and leasing reports, coordinate maintenance, and help drive tenant satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in property management.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager with day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage accounts receivable, rent posting, deposits, and rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process leases, move-ins/outs, and renewals; assist with evictions as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance and supplier contracts; ensure safety and cleanliness.
