Avenue5 Residential in Texas is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily property operations, oversee leases, maintenance, and vendor contracts, and ensure outstanding resident experiences. You will manage rental lifecycle activities, reporting, and customer service while upholding company standards and profitability.

The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience in property management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred; Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including resident satisfaction, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, give corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates with a shared vision and development.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Adhere to guidelines in the property management agreement.
