Avenue5 Residential in Arlington, TX is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring resident satisfaction and reliable property performance. You will manage leasing, maintenance coordination, vendor contracts, reporting, and compliance while fostering a positive resident experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–3 years property management experience required.
1–2 years direct management experience required.
Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar system is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day property operations and lease administration.
Manage resident satisfaction, retention, rent collection and delinquency management.
Monitor property P&L and marketing in line with company standards.
Recruit, interview, provide coaching, and hire staff.
Create a climate for associates to excel through leadership and development.
Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
Address resident complaints and liaise with corporate on common area maintenance.
