Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in a portfolio of commercial properties. You will help manage marketing, operations, and financial activities while coordinating with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes timely reporting, lease administration, and walk‑through coordination. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with benefits and opportunities for leadership skill development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with AP and CMMS systems preferred.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties preferred.
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to perform basic financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with agreements.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and budget packages for clients.
• Coordinate and document lease administration activities and reporting across systems.
• Assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs and conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Support emergency planning and drills as required.
• Assist with sourcing and bidding activities as needed.
• Provide direction and performance guidance to direct reports.
