Job summary

Lincoln Property Company seeks an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support a Property Manager in overseeing a commercial portfolio. You will manage marketing, operations, and financial tasks, ensuring tenant needs are addressed and vendor invoices are accurately processed.

You will assist with monthly reports, CAM/OpX reconciliations, lease administration, and tenant move-ins/move-outs while coordinating with accounting and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1–2 years of related experience, or combination of experience and education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; CMMS/AP systems experience helpful.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, or industrial properties preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey topics positively.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in handling marketing, operations, and financial activities.
• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with staff to resolve issues.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and budget packages.
• Coordinate lease administration and tenant move-ins/move-outs.
