Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in managing a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. The role covers marketing, operations, and financial activities, with in-office responsibilities.

You will respond to tenant needs, review vendor invoices, prepare monthly reports, and assist with lease administration and move-ins/outs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–2 years in property management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AP and CMMS experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial office/retail/industrial properties is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Property Manager in marketing, operations, and financial activities.
• Respond to tenant needs and ensure timely problem resolution.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with agreements.
• Prepare monthly reports and budget packages for clients.
• Assist with lease administration, including setup and changes.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and site walk-throughs.
• Assist with emergency plans and safety drills as needed.
• Support sourcing and procurement activities.
• Provide direction and performance guidance to direct reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
