Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in managing a single property or portfolio of commercial spaces. You will assist with marketing, operations, and financial activities to ensure smooth property performance.

Responsibilities include tenant relations, budgeting, CAM/OpX, lease administration, and reporting. This in-office position requires strong communication, organization, and leadership to drive results and maintain client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS/AP systems.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing a property or portfolio, including marketing, operations, and finances.
• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with administrative and building staff to resolve issues.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with agreements.
