Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support a Property Manager in overseeing a single property or portfolio of commercial properties, including marketing, operations, and financial activities.

The role is 100% in-office in Rockville, MD, with duties spanning tenant relations, vendor payments, budget packages, CAM/OpX reconciliations, lease administration, and move-ins/move-outs coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AP and CMMS systems is a plus.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey topics positively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with administrative and building staff.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and approvals per policies and limits.
• Prepare monthly reports and budget packages for clients.
• Assist with CAM/OpX reconciliations with the accounting team.
• Coordinate lease administration, moves, and reporting across systems.
• Support emergency planning, sourcing, and procurement activities.
