Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support a Property Manager in managing a single property or portfolio of commercial, retail, or industrial spaces. The role emphasizes marketing, operations, and financial activities, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

You will interact with tenants, coordinate with accounting and facilities teams, and help prepare monthly reports, budgets, and CAM/OpX reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–2 years related experience; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with accounts payable and CMMS systems preferred.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial terms; ability to calculate percentages and discounts; basic financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with staff to resolve problems.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and approvals per contracts.
• Prepare monthly reports and budget packages for clients.
• Assist with CAM/OpX data collection and operating expense reconciliations.
• Coordinate lease administration activities and reporting across systems.
• Assist with tenant move-ins/outs and conduct walk-throughs with managers and tenants.
• Support emergency planning and drills; participate in safety training as required.
• Assist sourcing and procurement activities; help with bidding processes.
