Avenue5 Residential in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, and resident services. You will partner with colleagues to maintain property performance, drive tenant satisfaction, and ensure compliance with standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on operations, marketing, and risk management to protect property value and client trust.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, full resident lifecycle activities (lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management), property P&L, and property marketing.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet client expectations.
• Recruit, interview, give feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and develop associates by communicating a shared vision and coaching.
