Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities helpful.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Handle lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management.
• Manage property P&L and marketing in line with standards.
• Recruit, interview and provide coaching to associates.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Coordinate safety, risk management and emergency plans.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office.
