Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Marysville, WA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, lease administration, financial reporting, and resident relations. You will help ensure a smooth, positive experience for residents, associates and owners.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), 2–3 years in property management, knowledge of the resident rental lifecycle, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required by location.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations, including resident satisfaction and lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable, post rent, deposits and balance rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit leasing and resident records for accuracy.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and renewals; handle evictions as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance and supervise training for staff.
