Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Marysville, WA. You will support the property manager in daily operations, oversee lease administration, and ensure resident satisfaction across the property.

Responsibilities include rent collection, reporting, evictions, move-ins/outs, and ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations. The role requires 2–3 years of property management experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and a real estate license

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations.
• Manage resident satisfaction, retention, and lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable, rent postings, deposits, and rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records and resident files for accuracy.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and lease renewals.
• Assist in staff training on leasing, marketing, maintenance, and office ops.
• Compose routine notices and correspondence.
• Support resident relations and problem resolution.
• Act as property manager in their absence.
